This policy explains how SEQUENCE, a trading name of Golden Hour Supplements Limited ("we", "us"), collects and uses your personal data when you join our waiting list at this website. We are the data controller for that information.
What we collect
- Email address - the address you enter to join the waiting list, or the work email you enter on our partners page.
- Basic technical data - such as the time you signed up and which version of the site you used, so we can operate and improve it.
- Aggregate site analytics - counts of page views, plus general information your browser sends such as device type, browser, approximate country and the site you came from. This is measured without cookies, is only ever reported as totals, and is not used to identify you or follow you across other websites.
We do not ask for blood results, health data, or payment details on this site.
Why we use it
- To email you launch updates and early-access information you asked for.
- To understand interest in the product and improve our site.
Partner enquiries. If you submit your work email on our partners page, we use it to reply to you and to discuss a possible partnership. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries about our products. We store it in the same secure database as our waiting list, tagged as a partner enquiry. We do not send partner enquiries the consumer launch updates. We keep it while we are discussing a partnership and for up to 24 months after our last contact, then delete it.
Our lawful basis for emailing you is your consent, which you give when you submit the form. You can withdraw it at any time. Our lawful basis for aggregate site analytics is our legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used and keeping it working well; because that data is aggregate and does not identify you, we consider it does not override your privacy.
Who we share it with
We use Cloudflare to host this site, securely store waiting-list sign-ups, and provide privacy-preserving site analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and does not track visitors across websites), and an email service provider to send you the updates you ask for. They process your data only on our instructions and under contract. We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
We keep your email until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, or until we decide we no longer need it for the waiting list.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data, and to object to or restrict its use. To exercise any of these, or to unsubscribe, email info@drinksequence.co.uk. Every marketing email also includes an unsubscribe link.
International transfers
Your data may be processed outside the UK by our providers. Where that happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as UK-approved standard contractual clauses.
